On the northern slopes of Mount Tai, stars fell like rain. One struck the earth, sundering stone and shattering the mountain. At dawn, travelers came upon a cavernous hollow. Inside lay a broken bowl inscribed with cryptic words. A prophecy, or a riddle? Further below stood a stone palace sealed by locked gates, from which came the faint sounds of music and revelry. An illusion, or reality?
