When the match starts, a leader or the commander starts the shared clock: 5:00 of preparation, then 30:00 by default. It can be synced to the game's timer, paused, given another length, or ended early with how the match ended.

In Discord the clock is one message that counts itself down, and a minute before each event or timed job it pings the members of the squads on it, so the people on the north boss hear about it and nobody else. The times are the game's: the Outposts 3 minutes in, the camps as the battle starts and every 5 after, Zhang Bao at 25:00 left, the duel at 20:00, Zhuxie Gule at 15:00 once Zhang Bao is down.

As things fall, they're marked on the map: Bulwarks, Geese, camps (with their respawn), Outposts, the bosses and the duel. Each mark is stamped with the clock and can be undone, and the match log goes to the thread at the end. Voice calls are in early access: bots in your voice channels call the minute warnings and the objectives, and take “War Bot” commands for marks and the clock. Nothing said is recorded.
