Read it off the scoreboard.
Upload the results screen and however many scoreboard screens it took to get everyone. The reader pulls out every row (kills, assists, deaths, damage, damage taken, healing, siege damage) and each side's tree distance, Goose and Bulwarks. The Goose bar and the Bulwark icons are read from pictures, so you check both before anything is saved.
Names are suggested, never guessed: seen before, same name, or check, which is never picked for you. Names nobody matched wait under Names to link, where a leader links them once and the site remembers them next time.
Anyone on the roster can upload. A leader, vice-leader or officer, or anyone who has commanded a confirmed match this season, confirms it, and that's when it counts. The result lands on the board you planned, with why it was decided: the tree delivered, then, in the game's order, tree distance, the Goose's HP or the Bulwarks left. League and ranked matches make the record; friendlies and walkovers stay out of the averages.
