The board
Squads on ends, not a seating plan.
People go into squads, five a side (Seal, Clover, Quatrefoil, Star and Plum), up to 20 a side. Squads take the ends: the three Bulwarks at each base, the camps on each side, the Outposts and the bosses north and south, and our crossbow carts. A squad can hold several ends, and an end can take several squads. Each squad can have a leader; the war has a commander and a duellist.
Give a squad's job a time (from or until a minute of the match) and the thread shows it and the clock pings for it. Each end has an ⓘ with the game's rules for it, and the board warns you when more than 3 sit on one of our Bulwarks or nobody is going for an Outpost. It refuses an apprentice outright, with the reason.
A grid sorts every guild skill into 6 kinds, so you can see whether anyone on Offense brings anti-heal. Drag on a desktop; on a phone, tap a squad and tick everyone going into it. The thread redraws as you go, so a member who never opens the site reads their job where they signed up. Each match has its own board, and a played one is locked as the record of the plan.

The board, the roster, the scoreboards and the analytics all work on the website alone; linking a Discord server adds the thread, the announcement, the reminders, the clock's pings and voice calls. How RSVP events work in Discord · Everything that comes with a guild
