These effects continue to exist for 6 seconds after they leave the area. Weakened: Movement Speed reduced by 40%. Unable to sprint, use Lightness Skill, or use mounts. Endurance cost of dodging increased by 100%. Vulnerable: Each stack increases damage taken by 3%, stacking up to 8 times.
