When Immobilize ends, the target's Endurance is reduced to 0 and their Movement Speed is decreased by 50% for 3s. Additionally, for the next 8s, each hit with Rodent inflicts Immobilize for 0.5s. Feature: Increases the duration of Movement Speed reduction to 6s. While the target is slowed, also reduces their Endurance recovery rate by 100%.
