An RSVP that knows your pair.
Make the war from Discord (Create event → Guild War) or from the board in your war room. Either way you get a thread in your events forum and a board, linked to each other, plus an announcement in your events channel.
Signing up asks for a role and a build. For a war, the build fills in both martial arts you're bringing, from all 22 in the game; running a pair from two paths, you pick the two by hand. Someone without an account here still lands on the line-up, and joins up with their account when they make one.
The announcement keeps a Still needed line (a commander, more Menders, a lane nobody holds, how many more people) and updates as people sign up. Reminders go out an hour before, ten minutes before and at kick-off, mentioning the people who said they're coming.

The board, the roster, the scoreboards and the analytics all work on the website alone; linking a Discord server adds the thread, the announcement, the reminders, the clock's pings and voice calls. How RSVP events work in Discord · Everything that comes with a guild
