"Where blades clash and shadows dance, the Arsenal's warriors are never far behind." Legend speaks of a vast Shadow Arsenal buried deep beneath Kaifeng. Three thousand armored soldiers, and halls lined with blades that gleam with killing cold. When generals lay down their arms, God of Killing rise from the sanctum. In this world, grudges are settled only in blood and steel.
After the Wine Banquet Edict that dissolved military power, General Shi Shouxin vanished from the public eye, taking the Arsenal's warriors with him. Since then, the world has known only that the general retired in peace, and the Shadow Arsenal became but a fading tale. Yet in the bustling markets and backstreets of Kaifeng, a caravan named the Martial Arsenal quietly rises.
They are primarily entrenched in Kaifeng's Jadewood Court, using the Martial Temple as their stronghold.
