Your Physical Penetration increases when your damage is calculated, and dealing Affinity damage grants Magistrate.
Magistrate also adds 1 Physical Penetration when your damage is calculated.
Physical Attack increases, rising with your Solo Mode level.
The penetration boost now raises all Penetration (Physical Penetration and Attribute Attack Penetration).
Magistrate lasts 10 s, and damage of any kind from light and heavy attack follow-ups and the effects they trigger also grants Magistrate. The skills it works with: Vitality Slash, Stonebreaker Cleave, Moon Shatter Spring, Colorful Phoenix, Bamboo Breeze, Stygian Freeze, Snowbreak Spring, Rhythm of Accord, End of Gale and the Rainheed Verdict and Calmwind Sweep skills.
Physical DMG Bonus +2.5%.
All Penetration when your damage is calculated rises to 5. Magistrate is strengthened too: the Rainheed Verdict and Calmwind Sweep skills' all Penetration rises to 3 when their damage is calculated.
