Setup

Match notifications need two: /setguild links this Discord server to one of your guilds on the site, then /setchannel picks where notifications go.

Everything else — RSVP events, member points, the shop, activities — comes from one more: /setup-events, which needs a channel for the Create event button, a forum channel for event threads, and a channel for sign-up invites. Everything after that happens through buttons and menus, not further commands.

/boss-talents needs no server setup at all — any member with a linked character can run it to share their own progress, right away.

And one panel for members: /menupanel posts a single button, Open the Guild Ledger, that opens each member's own Guild Ledger — their points and rank, the next event and movie night, and a menu of everything above, privately — with their Inner Ways plan (saved from the planner when signed in) and their energy, with a reminder in Discord if they want one. Members can also open it anywhere with /menu, or go straight to their plan with /innerways and their energy with /energy.

Self-roles: the guild leader or vice-leader sets up groups of roles in the dashboard and posts a console with one button. Each member presses it, or uses /roles or My roles in the menu, and picks their own roles privately — pick any, or pick one, with the roles they already hold ticked.

Entry and applications: an entry channel with your intro video and an Apply button. Applicants fill in your form, and a private thread opens with them and your interviewers, starting with the server rules and whether they agree. Reviewers accept, reject or join the interview from a card in your application channel — each outcome gives or takes roles, sends a message, closes the thread, or removes them, as you set it up — and other members can watch interviews if you let them, from a copy in a channel you choose, so the applicant never knows who’s watching. Interviewers get your notes privately.

The message log: the bot keeps a copy of messages in the channels you choose, for up to 30 days, so when one is deleted or edited your log channel shows what it said — and files can be copied to a channel of your choosing as they’re posted, so they survive the message being deleted.

A forum index: the bot opens one post in a forum of your choosing, pins it to the top, and keeps a list of every other post there, sorted by tag, with a link to each. It updates by itself within seconds when a post is made, renamed, retagged or deleted.

Joins and leaves: the bot keeps a record of everyone who joins or leaves the server — when, how old their account is, how long they stayed, and whether they were kicked or banned — for the leader and vice-leader to search in the dashboard. A welcome message and a goodbye can each be switched on, in a channel and words of your choosing.
