Mechanism EnhancementDragon's Breath: Smolder. No longer applies Combustion.
Applies Smolder instead. Cooldown increases to 12s.
Neither hit can apply Combustion; instead, each hit applies Smolder once, and hitting the same target with both hits applies 1 additional Smolder.
Smolder: Lasts 4s and deals 23.58% Physical Attack + 35 Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage to the target every 0.5s. Reapplying Smolder increases its 4s duration. Multiple Smolder effects from different sources can coexist on the same target independently.
