Heavy rainstorms have raged for ten consecutive days. Mountain floods have destroyed several villages, and waves of displaced people have surged to the outskirts of Hidden Mountain, suffering from hunger and cold. We have been busy treating them alongside the senior Mohist members. Though we have exhausted all our efforts, our strength is lacking, and we must seek further methods of assistance. We have thought of two approaches but dare not act on our own authority, so we ask the Faction Master to make the final decision.
The first is to raise funds. Using the Faction Master's prestige, we can call upon all sides for charitable donations. Once the money is collected, we will uniformly purchase grain, rice, clothes, and blankets to distribute everywhere.
The second is to open the granaries. We can boil porridge and hand out flatbread to resolve their immediate starvation.
Please instruct us on which path to choose as soon as possible.
