General Du Chongwei's Order
To all troops under General Du stationed along the Hutuo:
If Khitan cavalry are seen taking the side route across the river, make no response. No arrows are to be loosed, no beacon fires raised, and no force is to engage them head on.
Any who disobey shall be executed under military law.
