About
Once known as the Dragon Hall, they met with calamity in the first year of the Jianlong era, when a great flood ravaged Kaifeng, claiming the life of Zhu Yu. To uncover the truth behind Chai Rong's death, the River Master Feng Yi forged the Great Water Wall and journeyed north to Yannan.
Seizing this moment, the Song court, seeking control over river transport, imposed harsh decrees upon the Dragon Hall, forcing it to splinter. Zhang Cuo led the Jade Serpent Hall to submit to Zhao-Song, while Feng Ruzhi led the Bloodscale Hall in defending the fortress of Heavenfall.
Along the Bian River crossing, their influence spanned WanSheng Town, the western outskirts of Kaifeng, and other settlements along the river's flow.
