In the sixth year of Xiande, a young woman arrived claiming kinship. Acknowledged as the last Liu daughter, she inherited the shop. While the original kites were plain, Madam Liu revolutionized the craft using bamboo frames, silk skins, and vibrant paints. Today, her painted kites are unmatched, and business is thriving.
