Yongfu Temple was once called Gushan Temple. It is the one in Bai Juyi's famous poem, "A Spring Walk by Qiantang Lake." The temple was built during the Southern Dynasties and thrived with worshippers in the past. By the time of Wuyue, it fell out of the government's favor and lost its former glory.
