Retuning Stone: Shooting Star
Can be used on Tier 110 gear to turn a specified attribute into a recommended attribute of any specified Path. Can also be used to reroll a Retuned attribute on Tier 110 gear. The results will be randomly rolled according to specific rules. Each reroll has a 5-day cooldown.
