Dagger with Hidden Needles
A crude short sword with a simple retractable design. After Crane brought Halcyon and Raven back to the mountain, he left again, putting them under Zhang Wanshi's tutelage. Halcyon, playful as a child, threw together this sword and turned it in as an assignment. Raven took one look and worried their senior brother would be furious. With the deadline on them, he hurriedly added a small needle launcher inside the blade. When Zhang Wanshi reviewed it later, he said that for their age, a bit of childish whimsy was only fitting. Halcyon and Raven were mortified, and from then on, none of their work ever earned that kind of "whimsy" again. Zhang Wanshi quietly kept this one-of-a-kind piece.
