You gain Tenacity while casting it, rushing between and striking up to 4 targets at extreme speed, dealing moderate damage and knocking them down.
When End of Gale's closing strike hits, it applies Ink Rhythm for 8s. Willowbend Fan and Drumbeat skills deal 5% more damage to targets affected by Ink Rhythm, while those targets deal 5% less damage.
Increases Critical Rate based on Solo Mode Level.
Critical Rate +1.5% at Solo Mode Level 7, rising to +10.9% at level 21
Increase End of Gale damage by 20%. Also restores 30 Noble Will for each target hit. This recovery effect can trigger up to 2 times every 15 seconds.
Increases Ink Rhythm duration to 18s. Non-player targets under Ink Rhythm take 10% more damage and deal 10% less damage.
Increases Critical DMG Bonus by 4.0%.
