Lost Chapter Overview
Sail at dusk to reach Qingzhou's shores; ascend the mountains by night toward Inkbound Order. Steering a lone skiff across rivers to the sound of boatmen's songs brings you to Qingzhou. Climbing the Eastern Peak under the veil of night, winding paths and towering crags lie ahead, while spirits of the wild and worldly toils fade behind. Ascend to the summit as clouds part and dawn breaks, and you will realize the vastness of the realm where you may freely roam! Arriving late in the dead of night, disoriented by darkness and mist, you stumble through bizarre encounters yet cross the threshold. The mountain path is steep and winding, exhausting your breath, but the sunrise is truly a sight to behold.

Some say his staff techniques stem from the surging waters, where feints dazzle like counterfeits and true strikes shatter stones like undercurrents. Others whisper that whenever he meets scholars by the river, he taps his staff on the ground to impart the principles of breaking enemy formations. Yet those seeking his past find only silhouettes of rafts piercing through the misty river and gusts of wind parting the clouds, impossible to distinguish truth from illusion. To know the fame of the Shuttlecock Champion is to know Zhu Yinghan, Chief of the Dragonfall Camp. With fierce eyes and soaring valor, her momentum surges even fiercer as storms brew. In the prime of her youth, she already mastered the blade and led the band. In former days, Qingzhou was plagued by vicious outlaws running rampant like mud dragons. Yinghan joined her elder sister Yingqi into the mountains, storming the bandits' den and subduing their leaders with dragon-taming prowess. From then on, the black dragon retreated and the stronghold raised a new banner. Recently, Yingqi departed the stronghold on urgent affairs, entrusting duties to their friend Di Cheng. Unwilling to yield, Yinghan challenged him to a shuttlecock duel to decide the chief's seat. Amidst rolling gongs and drums in the hollow valley, a shuttlecock suddenly soars high into the clouds, lingering in the sky. The brand-new weapon [Waist Drum] is officially here! The waist drum serves as the heart of rhythm, while the silk ribbon weaves the soul of dance: striking like bounding pearls on jade, flowing like swirling snow in the breeze. The Waist Drum is the weapon of the Masked Troupe. Its martial art [Museflow Waist Drum], along with Silver Needle's Fan martial art [Willowbend Fan], share deep roots with the Inkbound Order. Born amidst chaotic times and converging in Qingzhou, they ultimately formed the martial art path [Silkbind - Wings]. Wings embodies mutual support as well as the soaring grace of feathered robes and whirling fans. Introduced in the [Friends from Afar] update, [Silkbind - Wings] represents the spirit of mutual learning and harmonious integration among Jianghu sects.
Acquisition Methods
Complete the Qingzhou Jianghu Legacy [Sea Shepherd] to obtain the Waist Drum Martial Art [Museflow Waist Drum]. Complete the Qingzhou Jianghu Legacy [Riddled Echoes] to obtain the Fan Martial Art [Willowbend Fan].
Martial Art Intro
Starting October 15, 2026, the brand-new martial art path [Silkbind - Wings], along with the Waist Drum martial art [Museflow Waist Drum] and Fan martial art [Willowbend Fan], will officially debut. Museflow Waist Drum channels scholarship into martial skill and dissolves conflict with melodic harmony, trapping foes within inches and disarming them imperceptibly. Willowbend Fan relies not on fierce agility, but on pure resilience. Resilient grass yields to the gale without snapping its roots; so long as one does not give up, heaven itself cannot break their will. Both martial arts excel particularly in Hero's Realm and Multiplayer Arena modes. Wanderers are also free to mix and match with other martial arts and mystic skills to explore the new path's potential.

- Added acquisition methods for [Silkbind - Wings] Inner Way Notes: chances to obtain them from [Inner Way Note: Chest] purchased in the Season Shop, [Inner Way Note: Custom Chest], [Custom Swap: Chest], and [Silkbind Rec. Chest], including chests obtained prior to the update. Wanderers can also make a one-time purchase of [Melody of the Brush: Note] ×10 from Qingzhou merchant [Zhao Laoliu].

Inkbound Order Sect
How to Join
Recommendation by Master Goose:
Master Goose of the Order frequently roams the bustling marketplaces. Spotting promising talents, it delivers an admission pass to the Primary Exam. Those newly arriving in Qingzhou can head toward the [Wayfarer] location for a chance to encounter Master Goose. Only with this pass can one participate in the Primary Exam.
Primary Exam:
Qingzhou hosts the Primary Exam, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds without discrimination. Pass the policy essay evaluation to be admitted into the Order. Once the Farm Recess concludes, candidates may also take the exam before the Sage Statue in the Archives. Those of exceptional intellect can even skip the [Novice] and [Initiate] ranks and be promoted directly to [Mentor], stepping straight onto the path of advanced scholarship.
After passing the Primary Exam, Wanderers can choose to join formally or enter the Inkbound Order as a [Visiting Disciple] to pursue scholarly studies. [Study Notes] are items required for studies within the Inkbound Order, which can be acquired by participating [Scholars' Hearth] or through unconventional Jianghu methods.
How to Get Promoted
Following this update, the [Novice] and [Initiate] sect status ranks will be officially available in the Inkbound Order. Disciples can advance step by step through sect quests. Higher ranks will unlock after the Farm Recess, so stay tuned.
After the Farm Recess, sect lectures, dormitory interactions, and cafeteria features will also launch simultaneously, offering a full glimpse into the daily life of an Inkbound Order disciple.
Sect Rules
Righteous Intent:
Disciples of the Inkbound Order must loudly declare their intent before initiating the mystic skill [Touch of Death] or entering battle to demonstrate honor and transparency. Upon victory, one must offer courteous words to the defeated opponent out of respect. Victorious disciples may wield brush and ink to leave an exclusive Inkbound Order facial marking on the defeated.
Strict Decorum:
Inkbound Order disciples can check the [Low Honor Board] under [Sect Rules] and accept [Enforce Justice] quests to punish wrongdoers. When encountering those suffering from Beast Venom outbreaks or attempting to strike others' acupoints, use the Court Tablet to strike and restrain them.
Salute Interactions:
When meeting fellow Inkbound Order disciples across Qingzhou, you can initiate a salute interaction. Choose the proper etiquette, and your fellow disciples will return the courtesy.
Sect Features
Dual Sect Affiliation, Free to Roam:
Retain your current sect status while embarking on a visiting study journey at the Inkbound Order. The rules and status of your visiting studies will run parallel to your primary sect.
No Penalty for Leaving, Granted Recommendation:
Disciples leaving the Inkbound Order are exempt from the [Severance Trial]. Official disciples who leave for the first time after reaching the [Initiate] rank will receive an [Inkbound Recommendation]. This letter allows for direct recommendation and entry into other renowned sects across the world.
Sect Shop
The Sect Shop has been fully restocked! Featured items including the Avatar [Ink and Blade], Outfit Set [Ink and Blade], Namecard [Ink and Blade], Pose [Plum Picker], Decorations [Script Censer] and [Roar of Prosperity], and Accessory [Court Tablet] will become available after the update on October 15, 2026. These can be redeemed using [Reputation]. Visiting Disciples of the Inkbound Order may also browse and purchase from the shop.
Study Manual
Explore the Qingzhou region to obtain the [Inkbound Charter], experience local customs, earn [Commendation] issued by the Inkbound Order, and claim bountiful rewards such as the scenario pose [Feline Frolic].
Tomes:
Upon joining the Inkbound Order, Wanderers receive [The Analects]. Four additional tomes await discovery across various areas of the Inkbound Order, which will serve unique purposes once Qingzhou's [Pavilion of Tomes] unlocks!

The new Gift of Gab mode requires unlocking the [Profession] feature. Collect brand-new cards by taking on Gift of Gab challenges in the [Qingzhou] region.
This new mode will not affect the original Gift of Gab gameplay and will inherit your existing [Scholar] rank.
Gameplay Rules
A brand-new dialogue clash system that visualizes debates!
Wanderers possess three lines of Inner Bastions: Valour, Poetics, and Discernment. If any defense is shattered, your composure will crumble, resulting in defeat!
Wanderers can launch verbal assaults by playing [Gab Cards], [Quip Cards], and [Maxim Cards].
During battles, you will encounter evasive, elusive arguments, stubborn filibusters shielded by empty rhetoric, and formidable maxims cited from ancient classics that hit with overwhelming force.
Season Progression Updates
New Solo Mode levels, character level caps, gear tiers, and progression systems are coming soon!
Season Rules
Following the version update on October 15, 2026, [Solo Mode Level] will unlock [Lv.18: Discernment]. The character level cap for Wanderers remains at Lv. 100.
Gear: Tier 100 [Gear] drops will be available, alongside the Tier 96 [Arsenal], allowing replaced Tier 96 [Gear] to be stored. The previous Tier 91 [Arsenal] transitions to legacy status.
Gear Enhance: Levels 66-70 of [Gear Enhance] are unlocked. In addition to consuming [Oscillating Jade], [Gathered Materials], and [Coin], it also requires [Howling Ore: Dustless], obtainable in the [Season Shop] for a modest amount of [Jade Fish]. [Howling Ore: Dustless] restocks every Monday at 05:00:00 without resetting leftover stock, ensuring all Wanderers can acquire the same cumulative total via the [Season Shop].
Gear Tuning & Attunement: Tier 100 [Gear Tuning] and [Gear Attuning] systems are unlocked, raising attribute caps for affixes. Tier 100 gear also introduces [Gear Tuning Reset] and [Re-attunement Guarantee] features.
Gear Relaying & Modulating: Tier 96 [Gear Relaying] is unlocked. Using [Relaying Stone: Dustless] earned via Engagement, Tier 96 [Gear] and Tier 96 [Relayed Gear] can be converted into Tier 100 [Relayed Gear]. Upon Relaying, gear tier and base stats increase, set bonuses along with Tuning and Attunement affixes are retained, and maximum affix values are boosted. Tier 100 [Same-Tier Relaying] and [Gear Modulating] also unlock simultaneously.
Mystic Skills: The progression cap for [Mystic Skills] increases to Tier 6 Stage 25. Wanderers who have unlocked the foundational talent [Mystic Insight] can also develop variant moves for [Blinding Mist], expanding tactical combat options.
Profession: The rank growth cap for [Profession] has been increased.
Medicine Chest: The level cap for the [Medicine Chest] has been increased up to Lv. 18.
Medicine, Food, and Scripts: Added Lv. 100 medicine [Fever-Clear Decoction], recovery food [Fruit Corn Bun], buff foods [Clay Oven Roll] and [Wheat Fried Mushrooms], as well as buff scripts [Voidsky Script], [Soullink Script], and [Purewrath Script]. All can be crafted via [Crafting] once their recipes are unlocked.
Path Trials: A new season of [Path Trial] objectives across all paths is open. With the conclusion of [S4: Forge Ahead] season challenges, unclaimed rewards will be delivered via mail. A new tracking cycle begins for the badge [Master of the Jianghu], the limited Hero Title [Master of Jianghu] resets to unearned status, and completing all Path Season Challenges awards the seasonal accessory [Lodestar Wings].
Engagement: Progress accumulation and milestone rewards for the new season of [Engagement Realm] are now live, including [Relaying Stone: Dustless], [Legendary Gear Custom Affix Chest], accessory [Dragon's Glare], decorations [Nuance of Shades] and [Everlit Night], scenario pose [Untethered by Wine], and inscription [Slacker's Lucky Find].
Season Catch-up: Unlocked catch-up progression for [Gear Enhance] Lv. 56-60. The [Season Catch-up Shop] continues to offer [Oscillating Jade - Trace], [Martial Art: Custom Note], and [Ebon Iron: Forge Ahead], while Tier 96 exchange options have been added to the [Catch-up Gear Chest], [Tuning Stone Catch-up Chest], [Attunement Stone Catch-up Chest], and [Melodic Stone Catch-up Chest].

Introduction
On October 16, 2026 at 05:00:00 (Server Time), ranking rewards will unlock for the Sword Trial leaderboards [Compass & Chime: Phase 1] and [Compass & Chime: Challenge Phase 1], as well as the Hero's Realm leaderboards [Liminal Ascension: Phase 1] and [Liminal Ascension: Challenge Phase 1].
Wanderers who defeat the bosses of [Compass & Chime] will receive [Compass Chest] and [Chime Chest], with a chance to obtain the face accessory [Shattered Crest] and headwear [Brainy Bell]. These appearances will also be listed in the [Season Shop - Appearance Exchange], redeemable with [Appearance Tickets].
Wanderers who defeat the bosses of [Liminal Ascension] will receive [Liminal Chest] and [Ascension Chest], with a chance to obtain decorations [Distant Jade] and [No Return]. These appearances will also be listed in the [Season Shop - Appearance Exchange], redeemable with [Appearance Tickets].

Season Rules
Following the update on October 15, 2026, the Wandering Paths mode [Arena] kicks off the first half of season [S5: Ever Aflame]. Rating tiers for [1v1 Arena], [Group Strategy], [2v2 Arena], [3v3 Arena], and [Perception Forest] will be reset based on Wanderers' ratings from the second half of [S4: Forge Ahead].
Additional seasonal rank appearance rewards have been added to the [Arena] mode: Reaching the [Legend] rank in any two [Arena] modes (excluding Perception Forest) during [S5: Ever Aflame] unlocks the face accessory [Night's Reckoning]. Reaching the [Legend] rank in any four [Arena] modes (excluding Perception Forest) during [S5: Ever Aflame] unlocks the pose [Invincible Charge]. For Arena modes whose rank ratings reset mid-season, achieving the Legend rank in the first and second half-seasons will each count toward the completion total.

The [Path Trial Challenge] event will run from the October 15, 2026 update until October 29, 2026, at 04:59:59. Arena Duel Optimizations:
Rewards have been comprehensively enhanced, preparation entry time for multi-player queues has been extended, and task difficulty upon multi-player challenge failure has been reduced. Returning to [Perception Forest] from the [Duel Arena] grants temporary invulnerability, which dissipates once the Wanderer lands a hit on any target.
Rank Rating Calculation:
Increased the gain efficiency of ranking points during settlement for Solo and Duo queues at the [Mythic] rank and above.
Matchmaking Improvements:
Slowed the expansion rate of the matchmaking pool when fewer players are present in a given rank, significantly reducing the likelihood of encountering opponents with extreme rating disparities.

Seasonal Update
Following the update on October 15, 2026, the [Guild] will transition into the [S5: Ever Aflame] season.
Guild Prosperity:
[Guild Prosperity] and the [Prosperity Leaderboard] will reset. Prosperity points earned during the current week will automatically carry over to the new season.
Guild Technique Progression:
[Guild Technique] progression will reset. A portion of [Wonder Jades] and [Mirage Incense Balls] earned by Wanderers during [S4: Forge Ahead] will carry over to the new season.
Breaking Army:
Added new boss challenges including [Halcyon], [Inkpincer Scorpion], and [Cloudclutch Serpent]. Leaderboards will reset, and past rankings can be viewed in past records.
Guild League:
October 15 – October 23 serves as the League Preparation Phase with no active league battles. Wanderers may still participate in [Guild War: Matchmaking] as usual. Guilds must secure 1 victory in [Guild War: Matchmaking] or achieve 30,000 Prosperity to qualify for the [Guild League].
Placement Match:
On October 24, the fires of the [Guild League] reignite. Qualified guilds will be regrouped to enter a three-week placement phase.

The event features 3 prize pools: Sand, Gold, and Radiance. Wanderers can use the limited-time item Sun-Raven Eye to draw. Participating in each prize pool requires a different amount of Sun-Raven Eyes. Each prize pool contains a designated number of core rewards. Once Wanderers unlock all core rewards in the current prize pool, the next prize pool will be unlocked for drawing. The core rewards across the 3 prize pools include: Makeup: Gilded Mirage, Appearance Set: Aureate Dominion, and Scenario Background: Shimmering Dunes. Accumulating draw counts in each prize pool also grants rich rewards, including: Player Avatar: Feline Phantom, Inscription: Desert Cactus, Dynamic Inscription: Scarab's Core, Decoration: Netherway Guide, Decoration: Heart Weigher, and Scenario Pose: Oracle Insight.
