The Tidewatcher lives in solitude, wandering the tidal flats. His music rises clear and soaring, so evocative that some say his melodies resonate with the tides themselves.

Once an exile cast adrift by the floods of the Yellow River, he was fortunate to find fertile soil and take root anew. Under the tutelage of Master Zhu Chougong, he blended martial prowess with stagecraft into flawless mastery.

A clear note rings from his flute: the show must go on. Perched upon wooden stilts, he sways precariously yet stands firm as stone, playing vibrant tunes that bring joy and wonder to all who watch.

Much like the surging currents of the Yellow River, his steps turn in graceful, dizzying spins while his twin spears strike like falling stars. Day after day he rehearses by the sea, awaiting his grand debut when the festival arrives.
