Life is illusory, and joy and sorrow are fleeting. Today the new version is officially live. Heroes can head to the [Huaxu Forest] to explore brand-new field bosses, three major strongholds, and much more content, and learn more about the secrets beneath Weiyang City's waters.

At the same time, the second half of the "Nanlü Xianghe" season is now open. The new style [Ringing Gold·Thunder], the new Sword Trial Realm, a major update to the Hidden Edge Chronicle, and more all await heroes to experience. For the full update details, please see the complete announcement at the end of this article.

Today's new version also brings a series of important feature optimizations, designed to give heroes a better gaming experience:

Sword Debate "Sparring Mode" Launches: Balanced Stats, No Worries About Winning or Losing

There is no fixed path in the way of martial arts. On the road to improvement, real combat refines you a thousand times over, and you also need room to try out moves at ease. So that heroes can set aside their concerns and barriers to entry and enjoy the pure fun of sword debate, this update brings a fair 1v1 competitive mode, "Sword Debate·Sparring Mode." The mode has two main features:

First, stats are fully balanced. The values from Five Notes Opening Peace and basic talent cultivation are all counted at full progress, martial arts, mystic arts, and inner art levels are all maxed, and all Cease-Strife talents take effect except for the attributes you choose yourself. Equipment sets and Cease-Strife Tuning effects can be freely chosen. With no cultivation requirements at all, heroes can boldly try out all sorts of martial art, inner art, set, and tuning combinations to discover their own winning formula.

Second, wins and losses do not count toward ranked points. The loading screen also no longer shows both sides' ranks or win rates, so heroes can put aside all pressure to win or lose and focus on honing their combat skills. This mode has only a wins leaderboard, ranked separately by martial art combination, to honor heroes' dedicated study (this leaderboard has no ranking rewards and is for statistical display only).

Upgraded Performance Actions and Camera Work: Greater Precision All Around

This update also brings major improvements to the Performance feature. We have comprehensively upgraded our in-house motion foundation model, with the following results: ·More refined motion. Powered by the new model, the system can accurately recognize a wide range of fine movements, including hand gestures, and reproduce them with high fidelity. ·Smarter camera work. The new version supports intelligently generating camera movements based on music, with push-and-pull shots that "hit the beat" in time with the rhythm, delivering richer camera performance. We have also used the dance from the PV as a prototype to put together a short showcase of the results. We believe that with the help of the new features, Wanderers' inspiration can be better expressed. You are welcome to try it out, and we look forward to your Performance creations!

Hangzhou Region Gameplay Update: Praying for Sun and Rain, Watching the Qiantang Tide

While the Wanderers are exploring Weiyang City, there have also been many changes in [Hangzhou]. Wanderers are welcome to come and take a look. First, the gameplay content update. [Pinglan Academy] has a new Encounter, [Hard to Settle], and Sangcan Village has a new Injustice, [Among Neighbors]. Chunfeng Lane, the Chen Residence, Baijia Market, Qianjiang Marketplace, and Haike Alley have also each gained a number of new sights and sounds. The interior of Beita Temple is now open, and Wanderers may enter the pagoda for a visit. Tide-watching at Qiantang Shore has also begun: from afar, a single white line; up close, a mountain of snow. At the sandbar in the middle of the river, the tide is cut off and splits in two, then flows around it and merges again, so the river surface forms a cross. Where it strikes the mountain, its crest rises several zhang high before surging back. If you have the leisure for such a magnificent river-and-sky spectacle, why not go and see it for yourself?

*Effects shown are from pre-research and are subject to change. Please refer to the final release. At the same time, we have also optimized the interaction flow of the gameplay feature [Dragon Offering], allowing Wanderers to change the weather in the [Hangzhou] region more conveniently and explore in their preferred weather. After completing the exploration quest [Clearing After Rain], Wanderers can click [Dragon Offering] at the "Pray for Sun or Rain" icon on the Hangzhou world map to make changes.

Appearance Feature Improvements:

Accessory Fine Positioning, and "Outfit Dye Matching" for Tops and Bottoms

Preset Saving Support

This update also includes two major appearance feature improvements to help wanderers manage their personal outfits more conveniently. Accessories that support fine positioning can now save [Custom Presets], so you can collect every treasure you come across in the jianghu. Each accessory unlocks 4 preset slots by default, and more slots can be unlocked by consuming [Hundred-Pendant Case].

Also, the "Outfit Dyeing" tab has been added to [Wanxiang Collection - Dyeing]. In addition, dyes for tops and bottoms can now be uploaded together as a single dye creation, making it easier for Wanderers to share and apply more complete outfit plans.
