The appointment with the Wanderer aboard the Golden Ship is only three days away. The Wanderer arrives on the strength of a mysterious invitation, yet the old acquaintance named in both the past events and the new letter is nowhere to be found. Until the true mastermind is found, a larger and deeper puzzle is still brewing in the shadows. The rarely mentioned origins of this old acquaintance, and the secrets of the family behind them, will unravel thread by thread as the Wanderer journeys on, gathering what the vast sea has left behind. As a brand-new themed region, 「Weiyang City」 contains rich content, including an independent side story, four sub-regions, two Guardians, three Chivalric Feats, and five Field Bosses. It will be unlocked in phases starting October 23. This wonder of the sea holds many marvelous and incredible things. For the opening of 「Weiyang City」, we have teamed up with Zhang Liangren, professor of archaeology at Nanjing University, for a special "archaeological journey." From an ancient coin, a hermit crab, a die, a seagoing ship... through bold conjecture and careful verification, we gradually glimpse the traces of a city within the sea. Yet across countless millennia, many stories of the past still await excavation and reunion across time and space. On October 23, we look forward to the Wanderer taking the Golden Ship as a guide and setting foot in the legendary 「Weiyang City」! Any impression of 「Weiyang City」 inevitably comes back to the word "opulence." For those who cross the sea to reach it, the splendor of 【Changle Isle】 is already astonishing enough: rare treasures fill the halls and precious jewels line the markets, the very limit of what ordinary people can ever touch. But this is not the limit of 「Weiyang City」. A mirage tower floats over the sea market, and a shell palace hides a pearl hall. The most prestigious and lavish place in the city is, without a doubt, the 「Mirage Tower」.

*Effects shown are still in pre-research development and are subject to change at final release. In this oddly shaped sea-borne pavilion, jewels, jade, silks, fine utensils and treasures are all chosen for being the costliest, the rarest, the most extraordinary, and are set out on display for distinguished guests to admire and bid on. The golden armor of a hundred-battle general, the golden goblet in which Li Bai's finest royal wine was served, even the fragrance clinging to an old friend's robe, the moon beside a wanderer's pillow... Whatever a distinguished guest desires, Mirage Tower will answer. The wonders of the four seas go to the highest bidder. On every new moon and full moon, when mist rises and the tide lies still, distinguished guests from every direction arrive by carriage, vying for the rarities of the eight corners of the earth and viewing the marvels of the nine provinces. By a stroke of fortune, the wanderer obtains a "Siheqian" (Four-Fold Coin), the token needed for entry. Entrusted with a task, the wanderer climbs the tower to bid for treasure, and an adventure filled with strange phenomena begins.

Fishnet, net of desire, desire, desire for sale, desire gone astray... You are the honored guest, the troublemaker, the reckless thief, the quibbling prisoner, the lot up for auction, the fish that grows bigger with every bite... In a single night, you are each of them, and yet, somehow, none of them is you. But how the story ends will always depend on the Ranger's true heart. Overcome the obstacles where truth and illusion blur, and pass through one bizarre and perilous scene after another. As long as the answer in your heart stays firm, then no matter how many layers of nets or how many schemes lie in wait, no one can trap you.
Effects shown are still in pre-development; please refer to the final release. In this adventure, the Ranger will meet a new friend to fight alongside, and will also face a elusive rival. In this dazzling, graceful, and perilous duel, Ranger, keep these four words in mind: "Hold the Sword, Guard the Heart." Let an upright and luminous spirit break this "Illusory Body." Heaven draws a hundred rivers; the mirage conjures ten thousand forms. Treasures lie hidden in the sea-market, and we await your arrival. The rarest treasures under heaven are but the longings of the human heart. May our honored guests win the treasures they seek, have their wishes fulfilled, and find the journey well worth the trip!

But when it comes to "entering the game," some people failed to tell truth from falsehood or stay true to themselves, and took a serious fall. To that end, we have had the honor of collaborating closely with a well-known show, and have invited the person involved, Black-Hair Designer, to speak from personal experience and tearfully look back on what happened and how he felt. Related content and special events will launch this week. We hope all Wanderers will take this as a cautionary tale!
"Come, oh come, each to fulfill their wish." Our Weiyang City theme promotional song Baochuan (Treasure Ship), a special collaboration with the up-and-coming singer-songwriter duo DOUDOU, will be officially released at 0:00! After 0:00, Wanderers can tap "Read the original" or search "宝船" on NetEase Cloud Music to listen.
Tomorrow, we will introduce the new Resonance Set [Suixing Fangshuo], the version commemorative set [Du Wuchang], and more. Wanderers, please stay tuned for further updates.
Finally, we also bring Wanderers a new Mystery-themed poster, to help you practice self-restraint, guard your heart, and see through illusions:
One of the Five Desires is wealth. Gold, silver, and jade are the means to nourish the body, yet craving and clinging to them leads to death for the sake of riches. People offer horse-hoof gold in sacrifice to Heaven, its force surging like a rainbow, and it turns upon those who hoard their wealth.
