Countless melodies await your ear, and every scene lies ahead on the journey.

Massive Content Update, Package Size Reduction Continues

This update includes a large amount of new content and gameplay optimizations, so a certain amount of resource update package needs to be downloaded. However, Wanderers need not worry — package size optimization is steadily progressing in parallel— The logic and goal of package size reduction optimization is to hope to effectively control the package size while still maintaining large amounts of content updates. Since systematic efforts began in March this year, without sacrificing any graphical quality, we have cumulatively freed up nearly 100GB on PC and nearly 20GB on mobile. We will continue to optimize the package size, cherishing Wanderers' storage space! Next, we will further optimize and split the package. In the future, Wanderers will also be able to quickly clean up already-played/rarely-used gameplay and scene resources with one click, needing to download only less than 50% of the original size of basic content in order to freely enjoy most gameplay. We will also keep working hard, trying more methods to reduce the package burden for Wanderers and enhance visual performance. All kinds of stories in between are left for Wanderers to experience personally. In today's new version, a series of important feature optimizations have also gone live simultaneously, aiming to provide Wanderers with a better gaming experience—

Pain Point Optimization: Dual Improvement in Combat Styles and Progression Experience

Previously, we held a special "Sword Discussion" session of the Wanderer Symposium in Hangzhou, inviting a group of Wanderers offline to share their combat experiences with us face-to-face. This symposium allowed us to understand Wanderers' combat feedback more directly and deeply, and we benefited greatly from it. Going forward, we will continue to hold more symposiums, combining data performance with online Wanderer feedback, to jointly serve as important evaluation criteria for subsequent martial arts adjustments. After comprehensively evaluating real-time data — including from the [Preliminary Trial] mode — and Wanderer feedback, this update will officially launch a series of martial arts balance adjustments. For the adjustments related to [Ceasefire], we have also created a "[Yanji Express]" short video, in which the designers give Wanderers a more intuitive explanation and demonstration of the direction of changes. Feel free to click the video below to view it— Next, two major new combat styles will be introduced successively: one composed of two sets of spear martial arts, and the other composed of staff techniques and horizontal blade martial arts. New paths through the Jianghu are already on their way, so stay tuned! At the same time, targeting the experience pain points that Wanderers have concentratedly reported, this update also focuses on optimizing issues including: skill release in multiplayer boss gameplay being affected by network latency, some combat styles' skills and combos being easily interrupted, and insufficient strength or coverage of some combat styles' exclusive sets. We have also made targeted adjustments to combat styles whose data performance fell short of expectations and whose gameplay experience still had room for polish. Wanderers are welcome to log in and experience it! In addition, this update also includes several progression experience optimizations:

• The weekly exchange limit for [Tongbao] has been removed; when a certain type of Tongbao is insufficient, other types of Tongbao can be quickly used to make up the shortfall; • Initial affix pool optimization: increased probability of gold-tier affixes; increased probability of "Major External" and "Minor External" affixes on weapons; increased probability of "Vigor," "Accuracy Rate," "Critical Rate," and "External Defense" affixes on shin/wrist gear, removed "Constitution," and decreased probability of "Insight Rate"; • Free switching between equipment sets has been unlocked, allowing a single piece of gear to be used across multiple combat styles; • The tuning affix pool has been streamlined; single-target Arcane Arts damage boost and AoE Arcane Arts damage boost have been unified and merged into "All Arcane Arts Damage Boost"; • Tuning affix pool optimization: increased appearance probability of "Major External," "Minor External," and damage/effect boosting type affixes; decreased probability of "Minimum Elemental Attack" and "Maximum Elemental Attack"; • The cooldown period for [Tuning Reset] and [Attunement Correction] on all equipment has been reduced to 3 days; …… For more detailed changes, Wanderers are welcome to check the full announcement.

Planting the Treasure Tree Together: A Revolution in the All Trades Honor System

On the long road through the Jianghu, nothing is more precious than meeting kindred spirits. To give the friendship among All Trades Wanderers a more tangible expression, and to let everyone better experience the unity and harvest of "planting a tree together, sharing its fruits together," we have carried out a major overhaul of the All Trades honor system. All Trades Prosperity will be upgraded into an all-new seasonal [Fortune Tree] cultivation system. Wanderers who participate in various All Trades activities can earn Growth Points, cultivating the Fortune Tree together with fellow members and raising its level. As the Fortune Tree grows, All Trades members participating in [Branching Out] can obtain [Silver Leaves], while the All Trades group as a whole can obtain [Gold Leaves], which can be used to redeem rewards at the corresponding shops. At the same time, the [Treasure Tree Reward Pool] will be unlocked according to level, containing generous rewards such as the first-ever multiplayer settlement showcase, curtain showcase, multiplayer idle poses, and the brand-new [All Trades Wanderer Title], to be distributed at the All Trades group's own discretion. The multiplayer idle poses and [All Trades Wanderer Title] will also receive upgraded effects as the Fortune Tree's level rises. At 5:00 AM every Monday, some of the reward pool rewards will be automatically distributed to administrators and to members with the top activity rankings from the previous week, while the remaining rewards can be distributed by the All Trades administrators. All rewards, once obtained, are valid for one week and will automatically expire at 5:00 AM the following Monday. In addition, the [All Trades - Red Gold Shop] has also received a large number of new additions, with the threshold for obtaining rewards lowered at the same time. Wanderers are welcome to check it out. At the same time, the All Trades system has also received several optimizations, such as the addition of the special component [Wind and Cloud Wall], which supports up to 5 people appearing in frame at once, the ability to invite friends to custom rooms to play together, an optimized All Trades introduction interface, and a new newcomer protection mechanism, among others. We hope this series of changes will make gatherings among Wanderers in All Trades more lively and companionship more pleasant, helping everyone find true kindred spirits.

A wanderer is never alone — outstanding Road Signs to be preserved for the long term

When roaming the martial world, a well-placed Road Sign can often help a wanderer clear away the fog and point the way forward. Though they may never meet in person, hearts can still connect, and chivalrous aid can still be given. To ensure that wanderers' hard work is preserved for the long term, and that high-quality Road Signs can help more of those who come after, we have made an important update to the Road Sign system this time. Now, the system will periodically select [Featured Road Signs] based on their actual content and popularity, greatly extending their retention time. A Featured Road Sign that maintains its status can further be selected as a [Prime Road Sign], which freezes its disappearance countdown entirely. At the same time, we will also provide more incentives for high-quality Road Signs and their creators. A new feature, "Daily Yan Road Digest," has been added under "Chat - Notifications - My Road Signs," which regularly pushes out high-quality, highly popular Road Signs, allowing carefully crafted content to be seen by more wanderers. Wanderers can visit and refresh this daily — who knows, you might just come across something that catches your interest. Wanderers can also follow Road Sign creators, and view all of their published Road Signs through the creator's Road Sign homepage. Once a wanderer gains enough followers through their Road Signs and possesses a certain number of Featured Road Signs, they will also receive generous rewards. In addition, the character limit for a single Road Sign's text has been expanded to 120 characters, making it easier for wanderers to leave richer information. Of course, if a wanderer already has a preferred type of Road Sign content, they can also adjust their preferences via "Settings - Social - Road Sign Settings - Road Sign Content Preference Settings," so that what they encounter along the way better suits their taste.

Sharpen the tool first — Building System's Expert Mode now live

As the saying goes, a craftsman must first sharpen his tools before he can do his work well. To help wanderers better bring their inspirations to life, we have added an "Expert Mode" to the Building System. Compared to Convenient Mode, Expert Mode is more focused and offers more complete functionality. Wanderers can freely switch between Convenient Mode and Expert Mode via "Building Settings - Edit Mode."

In Expert Mode, the household inventory and personal backpack will be merged, and component categories will also be reorganized and subdivided based on function and style, making it easier for Rangers to quickly locate the components they need. At the same time, Expert Mode adds an Undo/Redo function, supporting undoing construction operations within a certain number of steps, and allowing the restoration of undone content.

Component editing operations will also become more efficient: components can be directly dragged in Move, Rotate, and Scale modes; Move and Rotate modes now add the ability to switch between World Coordinates and Local Coordinates. In the open world, components can also be selected individually or via box-select in batches to form a temporary group, allowing unified batch editing such as moving, rotating, and scaling.

Cross-industry component management has also been optimized: Wanderers can manually switch to nearby available industries as the current construction area and place components directly, without needing to move their character to the target industry. The placed component list also supports quick viewing, locating, and deleting components within the list.

More Feature Upgrades: Mount Wheel, Photo Collage

In addition, this update includes multiple feature upgrades to help Wanderers travel through the Jianghu more conveniently and comfortably, and share their joy with others. For example, following the "Outfit Scheme Wheel," this update adds a new "Mount Wheel" feature. Wanderers can access the Mount Wheel settings interface via [Wardrobe - Vehicle Interface]. Once set up, they can long-press the "Summon Horse Key" to bring up the Mount Wheel for quick mount switching.

A "Collage" feature has been added to the photo function. Wanderers can select several photos from their album to create a collage. When making a collage, choose a preset template, and the images will automatically fill into the template, supporting drag-and-drop to switch positions and tapping to reselect. Images within the template can be panned, zoomed, rotated, and mirrored. After completing the creation, it can be saved and shared, and can also be uploaded as a work in the [Wanxiang Collection] portfolio.

There are more optimization contents and gameplay updates, and wanderers are welcome to check out the full update announcement for details.

Some of the experience bugs reported by wanderers, as well as the issues causing abnormal effects in certain character models, have currently been identified, and we are urgently optimizing and fixing them. If wanderers encounter any issues during your experience, you are also welcome to send us feedback at any time!

In this new chapter of the Jianghu, may every wanderer travel as their heart desires, and roam freely across the Jianghu!
