Now the roar of the tide thunders like drums, and people vie to watch it from the riverside; the surging waves stand tall like mountains, a spectacle unrivaled under heaven. A sea wall guarding against the tide separates the raging waves and frost-like foam from the bustling life of the city, laying the foundation for Hangzhou's urban landscape. The peace found here was safeguarded generation after generation by countless people of Qiantang, through unwavering perseverance and resolve.

In the brand-new Guardian Defense stage [Sea Wall], launching tomorrow, Rangers can personally experience the scene of the Qiantang people struggling against the tide. Water nurtures civilization, yet it also repeatedly tempers it. Survival requires wisdom, and survival requires courage as well.

The sea wall was first built, the river tide never resting day or night. The wall was completed only to collapse again, collapsing only to be rebuilt again, and countless wall-builders were buried in the tide. Before the flood threat could be settled, rumors arose first—— "Whoever contests this land, the tide will surely devour them" ——everyone said this was because the Tide God forbade it. For a time, people's hearts were filled with dread.
Some said, since it is the will of the gods, why struggle further? Pack up one's belongings, move away from the riverside, and return this land to the tide—this too could be a way to live.
Others said, building the wall is also protecting one's home. As long as the flood threat does not cease for even a single day, fertile fields will be swallowed by the river tide, and the common people will be buried beneath the flood waves. If this happens year after year, how can one speak of peace and continued survival?
Opinions on the shore were varied and contradictory, each side holding firm to its own view. Since no conclusion could be reached through argument, why not ask the will of the tide itself, and let the Tide God decide whether "this wall should be rebuilt or not." As for the calm of the [Qiantang River]—should one submit to fate, or exert human effort to the utmost?
This matter of "[Questioning the Tide]" is destined not to pass smoothly and calmly. Only when the raging waves crash against the shore and the tide roars like thunder will people's true character be revealed.
In battles of the past, the Ranger often faced confrontations of blade and sword, trials of temperament and will. Though these too were fights to the death, in the end they were still "conflicts with tangible form." But this time, the enemy is the formless, boundless power of heaven and earth.
The tide surges forth from the horizon, and in an instant, flat ground can turn into a river's surface. Houses collapse, trees lie scattered and fallen, and a path to survival that existed just a moment ago can vanish into nothing within the waves in the blink of an eye.
Even self-rescue is already extremely difficult—though the Ranger can race across water amid crumbling houses and struggle to reclaim life from the drowning muddy waves, what can flesh and blood save—one person, ten people—against an entire river's tide?

Basket by basket, stone by stone, its edge is blunted and its force redirected; heart bound to heart, strength bound to strength, the humblest efforts gather into an unbreakable defense. This being wields the power of rain and cloud — with a mere raise of the hand, it can draw water into tides and gather clouds into might. The set draws its inspiration from golden osmanthus beneath the moon, with moon-white, soft pink, and pale gold interweaving into the garment, fresh and radiant. The male robe stands tall and elegant, golden osmanthus blossoming across both shoulders, lending an even more otherworldly bearing. The ornaments at the waist are arranged to evoke the turning phases of the moon, noble yet free of vulgarity. The moon wheel and golden accessories in the hair shine against each other, and as one turns, the long hair and trailing ribbons flow together, adding to an immortal's refined grace.

The women's version takes on the pink-to-white gradient of peach and plum blossoms just beginning to bloom, with a butterfly bow at the chest gathering the collar together, like a butterfly folding its wings to rest. Tiny glimmers scattered across the garment resemble morning dew yet to dry; the skirt hem is cut layer upon layer into the shape of flower petals, which from afar also resemble a butterfly's wings half-spread — as one walks, the skirt flutters and dances, leaving one uncertain whether it is the butterfly passing through the flowers, or the flowers cradling the butterfly.

The men's outfit is based on plain white, with flowers embroidered from the shoulder down the back, and a pink butterfly perched on the shoulder. Vermilion and slate-gray layer at the waist, crisp and clean in movement; the hem is cut with butterfly-wing patterns, edged with sprays of blossoms, so that when the wind passes, the colors ripple and shift. The hair is bound high into a ponytail, crowned with a butterfly hairpin. The forearms are wrapped tightly and neatly—both the elegance of a flower-admirer and the crispness of a martial-arts wanderer.

From after the September 24 version update until December 25 at 5:00, the [Harmony · Jade Chimes Resounding] event will open the "Nanlü Harmony" season. Using the [Lingering Echoes] to perform harmony gives you a chance to obtain the outfit [Glimpse Through Flowers], the hairstyle [Fragrance Lingering Touch], and the ultimate reward hairstyle [Amidst Blossoms], as well as the limited-stock items [Feathered Robe Fragment Painting], [Dream-Dyed Case], and [Lingering Sound · Ribbon]. This season's outfit [Glimpse Through Flowers] will simultaneously enable "Dyeing" and "Tailoring".
