Heaven's Threshold Unlock Event: Cloudtop Ascent

Participation Requirements Reach Lv. 32 and complete Hidden Mountain Volume I: Mountain Unveiled

Event Description After the update on August 20, Wanderers across all servers will join forces with the disciples of Mohist Hill and the villagers of the mountain to transport building materials and rebuild the Cloudstair, destroyed by the Qiongqi Artificers.

As Wanderers complete the Cloudstair Co-construction quest, server-wide progress on the Cloudstair Reconstruction will accumulate in sync. Once the Cloudstair is complete, Wanderers will be able to ride it to reach the Heaven's Threshold region of Hidden Mountain!

Hidden Mountain: Heaven's Threshold

Region Description Stretching across eight hundred miles of chaotic, perilous peaks at extreme altitudes lies the region of Heaven's Threshold.

Following the August 20 update, wanderers across all servers will work together to construct the Cloudstair, breaking through the sea of clouds to reach Heaven's Threshold of Hidden Mountain. By completing the quest Cloudtop Ascent - Step Up and successfully rebuilding the Cloudstair, you will be able to ride it straight toward the summit.

Rumor has it that a mysterious band of wanderers blazed this trail long ago, leaving behind blueprints that will speed up the Cloudstair's construction. As you climb the ridge, prepare to explore treacherous mountain passes and towering, solitary peaks.

Push past the jagged rocks into the dizzying heights where mountain mists rise and seas of clouds roll, a place where the lush peaks seem to pull the moon itself down to earth.

Legend says that hermits dwell in these untamed wilds. Destined wanderers might just cross paths with a few eccentric souls along the way. You might meet a youth who has already made a "fierce" name for themselves, or an elder in their seventies who still wanders freely with a drink in hand. And at the very pinnacle, a mysterious bird carving guards the long-buried regrets of an old friend.

Main Chapter Overview The next part of the Hidden Mountain Main Chapter, Bringer of Embers, is officially live. We seek the birds only to startle them, and we enter the mountain only to lose sight of it. Word of honored guests arrives from afar, while the Gold Crow hides beyond the clouds. Deep within Hidden Mountain, the elders are locked in endless debate while the Grandmaster pulls the strings from the shadows. Outside, a bitter winter approaches. Inside, the Qiongqi faction is closing in. Delve into the heart of the mountain and listen closely to the whispers within.

The Qiongqi Artificers have stormed Mirkvale in search of a mysterious artifact. Their raid scared away the artisans, shut down the mechanisms, and left the furnaces cold. Now, only a brave youth named Xiaoba dares to sneak back in and repair the defenses. It's a race against time, and danger is everywhere!

Hidden Mountain World Boss — Inkpincer Scorpion

Boss Overview Long ago, the Mohist disciples known as the "Five Wonders" built five automated cauldrons modeled after ancient relics. These cauldrons housed mechanical bugs designed to emit strange frequencies to lure and destroy venomous pests. Though terrifying, they were built to protect the mountain, housing the pinnacle of Mohist mechanisms. The "Five Wonders" are now lost to time, leaving only empty shells roaming the wilds. Destined wanderers who use Contortion to enter the cauldron may catch a glimpse of the past. How many geniuses have been lost to the dust of history?

The Inkpincer Scorpion stands guard at the edge of Mohist City. If metal and stone have souls, perhaps this is exactly where its heart belongs.

About the Mystic Skill In his wandering youth, Falcon devised his startlingly fast archery. He once joined hands with Swallow, loosing an arrow so swift it sheared off a strand of Halcyon's hair. Later, after mastering the craft of mechanisms, he worked that art into a mechanical design and, with Swallow's help, refined it into the nine-arrow technique known today.

Cast the Mystic Skill Bursting Nine to unleash a forward barrage of arrows. This attack deals massive AoE damage while draining and capping the target's Endurance, severely crippling their movement.

New Mystic Skill: World to Sword

Acquisition Methods Complete Wandering Tales - Raven's Testament in the Hidden Mountain region.

About the Mystic Skill Boast not of slicing jade or striking bronze, but draw me to part the drifting clouds so the sun may shine upon the earth, waking the dormant insects and sprouting the grass. Casting the Mystic Skill World to Sword will temporarily absorb any overhealing applied to your character and convert it into a Qi Edge that is fired at enemies. With a breakthrough, this Mystic Skill will also be able to absorb overhealing applied to your allies.

Guild - Skyward Bond: New Difficulty

Introduction Following the August 20 update, the Guild - Skyward Bond event is getting a brand-new difficulty, Hard, pushing the limits up to Tier 10. Prepare to face off against new formidable bosses, Guo Xin and Moongazing Maiden, and fight for your rank on the newly unlocked Leaderboards. After the version update on August 20, Hard: Tiers 1–5 will unlock. Hard: Tiers 6–10 will unlock at 10:00:00 on August 27.

Cloudtop Ascent

Participation Requirements Reach Lv. 32 and complete Hidden Mountain Volume I: Mountain Unveiled

Event Description Team up with Mohist Hill disciples and the local villagers to transport building materials and rebuild the Cloudstair, which was destroyed by Qiongqi Artificers.

When wanderers complete the Cloudstair Co-construction Quest, the entire server accumulates Cloudstair Construction Progress. Once the Cloudstair is fully constructed, wanderers can then ride it to Heaven's Threshold of Hidden Mountain!

As torches flicker against the rocky slopes and the morning star lingers on the horizon, people press on through wind and rain to lend their aid. With the weight shared among us and our hearts united, the path to the clouds shall surely be restored.

Event Shop Each completion of a Co-construction Quest grants Work Merit, which can be used to exchange for the Accessories Mooing Ox and Veiled Wings, Resonating Melody, Lingering Melody, and other rewards in the Event Shop!

Construction Progress Cloudstair construction is divided into three phases: Phase 1 - Foundation, Phase 2 - Pivot, and Phase 3 - Ascension.

Upon the entire server achieving each phase, rewards are unlocked, including Resonating Melody, Accessory Deft Ratchet, and Hero Title Cloud Climber.

The Cloudstair scene will also undergo certain changes upon reaching the next phase!

Please note that, due to the large volume of data, server-wide Construction Progress updates once every 5 minutes and may not display in real time.

Co-construction Quest The co-construction quest is split into three parts: Mountain Express, Mountain Material Gathering, and Cloudtop Ascent. Participating in any of these during the event adds to the Construction Progress of the Cloudstair and rewards you with an equal amount of Work Merit.

Mountain Express: The peaceful days in the mountains are built on the hard work of others. The roads are long and the deadlines are tight, so help the locals and disciples in Brookwood Gorge with deliveries. This event features 7 challenge stages that unlock as the server's Construction Progress advances. Check your daily quest objectives, deliver precious cargo before the timer runs out, and claim your rewards! You can tackle these stages solo, and clearing all of them will unlock the commemorative Inscription Cloud Expanse!

Mountain Material Gathering: Complete weekly quests to gather materials and finish construction quests to push the server's overall Construction Progress forward and claim an equal amount of Work Merit.

Cloudtop Ascent: Complete special phase-specific quests to boost the server's Construction Progress. Senior Brother Zou has already prepped the supplies. He's just waiting for you to haul them over to Brookwood Gorge.

Echoes of Creation The event features 7 challenge stages, with a new stage unlocked each day. Both Solo and Online modes are supported.

Event stages grant powerful Divinecraft Enhancements, max-level path trials, and a vast array of weapon skins and martial arts VFX—free for you to mix and match!

Points are awarded based on your performance upon completing each challenge, and rewards can be claimed according to your points tier. Clear the final stage to earn the commemorative badge, Echoes of Creation: Gold!

Starfall Benediction

Participation Requirements Unlock Beyond Mundane - Cloudrest Passage

Event Description Auspicious omens fill the sky, with stars falling like rain. Gather in the land beyond the mundane and send prayers to the mortal world.

During the event, nights at Cloudrest Passage will have a chance to trigger a special weather effect: Astral Rain. When this weather event is active, you can collect Stardust Shards and Starlight Shards around the Cloudrest Passage ferry. Collect a designated amount of three-colored Starlight Shards to redeem the new Cloudrest Passage scenario: Bamboo Shade Reverie.

The Stardust Shard can be exchanged for the Galaxy Guide and the Starwish Script. Galaxy Guides summon an even grander, large-scale meteor event known as the Star Rush, while a Starwish Script allows you to make a personal wish or send Star Blessings to your friends.

You can also exchange the Stardust Shard for the Decoration Starry Night Flight and Inscription Starfall Moment.

Fleeting Brilliance While the Astral Rain or Star Rush is active at Cloudrest Passage, snap a photo and upload it to the Gallery with the tag Fleeting Brilliance to complete the event quest. This will reward you with Furniture Components like Shadow by Eaves, Moonward Carp, and Pure Heart of Lotus, along with Echo Jade, Oscillating Jade, and more!

Jianghu Bounty

Event Time August 27, 2026, 5:00:00 – September 17, 2026, 4:59:59

Participation Requirements Reach Lv. 10 and complete Qinghe Main Chapter: Another New Wing

Event Description During the event, the Bounty system will temporarily unlock an Energy module. Completing event quests will earn you Bounty Coins and Jianghu Tokens. You can spend your Bounty in the Event Shop to redeem Lingering Melody, Resonating Melody, and other fantastic rewards. By spending a Jianghu Token alongside some Energy, you can post an Energy Bounty quest to hire other wanderers to clear out Outposts or Campaigns for you, reaping the Energy rewards completely grind-free! You can also accept Bounty quests posted by other wanderers to earn Fourfold Coins and other bounty rewards.

Participation Requirements Complete Kaifeng Main Chapter 1: New Arrival in Kaifeng - The Welcoming Crowd

Event Description Drifting clouds stretch across the boundless sky, and the bright moon casts deep shadows in the empty mountains. Borrowing the daylight, we traverse endless peaks.

During the event, go to Chrono Exploration to take on various Hidden Mountain challenges and discover the region's unique resources. Meanwhile, the Chronicle of Shadows will trigger Exploration events and allow you to snap photos to document your journey across the Hidden Mountain.

Completing quests in both of these modules will reward you with the Decoration Laughing Wind, Resonating Melody, Inner Way Note: Chest, Echo Jade, and more!

Mid-Season Sprint: Arena

Event Time August 27, 2026, 5:00:00 – September 3, 2026, 4:59:59

Participation Requirements Wanderer reaches Lv. 20

Event Description During the event, complete daily and weekly event quests to claim rewards, including extra Arena Talent EXP, Arena Attunement Stone: Mirage, and Inner Way Note: Random Chest! Note: Weekly event quests reset every Monday at 5:00:00.

After 06:01:00, live maintenance will begin. Most features and modes will remain available, but some will be temporarily unavailable and restored gradually as maintenance progresses. These include, but are not limited to: Profile; private and group chat; adding and removing friends; sending and claiming gifts; gaining Intimacy Points; viewing work details in the Gallery, applying the same design, and viewing designer profiles; forming Partnerships; Discipleship and Sworn Cohort recruitment; publishing, accepting, and completing Bounties; creating, upgrading, and disbanding Guilds; editing Guild information; processing Guild applications; changing Guild member roles; upgrading Guild Industries and Guild Techniques; using Guild Fund Support Boxes; Guild Parties; Showdown; Breaking Army; Painted Boat construction and travel bidding; Sponsored Firework auctions; and Homestead planting, production, Trade for Profit, and Retainer management.

Note: If a Monthly Pass or Battle Pass gift fails during live maintenance, the gift item will be returned to your Bag. You can send it again after installing the update.

This week's update is expected to become available after 10:00:00, though its availability may be delayed if issues arise. Relog to install it. Once the update is installed, most features and modes, including the new update content, will be available. Some will remain temporarily unavailable and will be restored gradually as maintenance continues. During the event, you can purchase a variety of new appearances with Echo Beads in Sweetened Summer - Summer Shop.

These include hat: Melon Cap, hat: Winter Owl Plume (with 2 tailored variants), accessory: Big Cheese, accessory: Melon's Embrace, earrings: Melons by Ears, scenario chest: Mystery Pouch: Boundless Realms, and random appearance chests: Mystery Pouch: Pastoral Tides, Mystery Pouch: Floral Whimsy, and Mystery Pouch: Downy Feathers. Your first purchase of Pastoral Tides, Floral Whimsy, and Downy Feathers can be made for as little as 10 Echo Beads.

During the event, you can also earn Summer Melons, the event token, by completing quests and other activities. Use them to offset part of the Echo Bead cost and purchase items at a lower price.
